Why are you running for SGA?

I am running for Student Government Association because I want to get involved with making Endicott a better place. Wise allocation of money is an important part of any organization, and student Government at Endicott is no exception. I missed an opportunity to be involved with student government in high school, and I ended up regretting it. After a bit of self-reflection, I realised that I really hadn't gotten involved like I should have in high school, and when I saw the opportunity to be a part of the Student Government at Endicott in a role that relates to my major, I knew that this was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. I would love to serve my peers and the Endicott community as a member of the Finance Board of the Student Government Association.

How do you hope to make Endicott a better place?

As a freshman, I haven't spent much time one campus, so I'm not completely informed on what Endicott is in need of. That being said, as a member of the finance board, I will be eager to listen to and learn from my upperclassman peers and the students at Endicott to make sure that we can improve Endicott in the ways that the student body desires. The students at Endicott deserve a campus where everyone can get the most out of their time here, and I will engage in conversations with my fellow students to discover what they feel could improve here. I will then use my position on the finance board to advise the Association to make financial decisions that will allow for the allocation of funds that will benefit every student at Endicott.

Why are you running for SGA?

I am running for SGA because I want to help to improve not only Endicott's community, but also myself. I hope to learn more about how I can make Endicott a better place, and to learn more about financing in real world situations as well. I hope to be able to represent my class on the Finance Board, and speak for them in terms of how to make the college experience more enjoyable.

How do you hope to make Endicott a better place?

I plan to make Endicott a better place by taking into consideration all of the student body's needs, and working to make those needs met. I will personally make it my goal to explore all that is needed at Endicott to make it a better place for the students who attend here.

Why are you running for SGA?

I was an active member on student council at my high school and have a strong background in finance that will undoubtedly serve the class of 2024 well. I have consistently challenged myself and strove to bring the organizations I work for to exceed expectations. My previous leadership roles have taught me how to be assertive, handle pressure, and be a problem solver- all attributes that would be an asset to the SGA. Electing me as the class of 2024’s financial representative would be a worthwhile investment.

How do you hope to make Endicott a better place?

The purpose of the Student Government Association is to represent and execute student will. Therefore, knowing the limitations and responsibilities I have, I will strive to meet the expectations of both the student body and that of the SGA.

Why are you running for SGA?

I care about playing a part in implementing programs or events that will address the needs and wants of the class of 2024, as I want to aid in the promotion of student participation on campus. I hope to show enterprise as I genuinely want to be part of the Endicott community. The Student Government will allow me to do these while also taking on a leadership position.

How do you hope to make Endicott a better place?

Hopefully, I can be a channel through which freshman student opinions may be recognized and considered in the community as events or programs are planned. I want to help others make campus events known and enjoyable for students, letting everyone feel welcome to events.

Why are you running for SGA?

I would love to be able to advocate for everyone who wants their voices heard! I wish to be a part of student government to help plan, organize, and collaborate on projects and events.

How do you hope to make Endicott a better place?

I hope I can help improve communication at Endicott so campus life runs smoother for everyone. It would be awesome to create a central hub app keeping the whole community up to date on all things Endicott! With the take out boxes at Callahan, I would like to be able to help the dining hall switch over to compostable containers for a more environmentally friendly option!

Why are you running for SGA?

I plan on running for Student Government Association as I want to be able to make an impact not just for the current generation of Gulls, but also the future generation of Gulls at Endicott. With the position of Community Development Representative, it will enable me to interact with more students and faculty and help better expand Endicott's community not just in the college, but county and possibly statewide.

How do you hope to make Endicott a better place?

As Community Development Representative, the importance of connecting the Endicott Community with Beverly's community is of the utmost importance. Building new and stronger connections with local businesses and citizens of Beverly will enable new possibilities of fun community service and internship opportunities for current and future Gulls. Such a feat may seem like a tall task, but with all hands on deck for the Gull community, it can be accomplished in no time for current and future generations of the Gull community.
