The file contains the Endicott College, External Program Review 10 Year Schedule for all graduate and undergraduate programs (NECHE). Endicott College adopted a 5-years cycle for conducting external program reviews moving forward and will transition away from the prior 7 year cycle.
Faculty and Staff from Endicott College can request assistance from the Director of Assessment with any assessment related projects.

Purpose: To foster a culture of continuous improvement in both academic and administrative areas. Working with the director of assessment, the committee develops and recommends College-wide policies and procedures that meet accepted standards for data collection, data analysis, goals, and objectives as stated by departments and offices. The committee reviews results of assessment activities to ensure that data-informed improvements are made when necessary, and collaborates to support and provide assessment workshops and seminars.

The annual Assessment Day is a college wide assessment of senior thesis and capstone artifacts. The norming session video is designed to help the group start the process of determining what each group considers appropriate for scoring.

Curriculum mapping is a method to align instruction with desired goals and program outcomes. It can also be used to explore what is taught and how. The video will provide you with a brief overview of curriculum mapping and if you have additional questions, please be sure to reach out to the Director of Assessment. Endicott College participated in the 2020 NECHE Annual Meeting Poster Session. During the poster session, the goal was to showcase the work that Endicott College is performing with curriculum mapping as an assessment tool. Participants learned about the steps taken to use curriculum mapping as an assessment tool, what worked well, challenges encountered, and recommendations going forward at the graduate and undergraduate level.
